  1. Remind yourself frequently that healing power is in your subconscious mind. 
  2. Know that faith is like a seed planted in the ground; it grows after its kind. Plant the idea (seed) in your mind, water and fertilized it with expectancy, and it will become manifest.
  3. Believe in reality of your idea, plan, or invention, and as you do, it will become manifest.
  4. Your silent inner knowing of wholeness, beauty, and perfection can changed the negative pattern of others subconscious mind and bring about wonderful result.
  5. The miraculous healing you here about at various shrines are due to imagination and blind faith that act on the subconscious mind, releasing the healing power.
  6. All disease  originates in the mind. Nothing appears on the body unless there is a mental pattern corresponding to do it.
  7. The symptoms of almost any disease can be induced in you by hypnotic suggestion. This show you the power of your thought.
  8. here is only one process of healing and that is faith. there is only one healing power; namely, your subconscious mind.

Kesakitan - Health Psychology

              Sakit adalah satu pengalaman yang sangat subjektif. Hanya orang yang merasakan sakit yang boleh menggambarkan dengan betul sesuatu kesakitan itu. Ia agak sukar difahami dengan baik oleh individu kerana ia adalah kompleks dan tidak boleh diukur secara langsung. Sebagai contoh dua orang boleh menjalani pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan seperti demam selsema yang sama tetapi masing-masing akan mempunyai penerangan yang berbeza kesakitan. Ini menjadikan ia sukar untuk menentukan dan merawat. Terdapat ramai pakar yang menkaji tetang kesakitan dan definisinya.
              
               Terdapat dua cara mentakrifkan kesakitan iaitu persepsi subjektif dan objektif pemerhatian. Terdapat juga perbezaan diantara sakit dan penyakit. Menurut Eisenberg 1997 (Razali, 2012) Penyakit adalah pengalaman yang  ketidakselanjaran dalam menerima dan bagaimana prestasi itu dilihat. Penyakit dalam perubatan sains moden adalah ketidaknormalan dalam fungsi atau struktur badan dan juga sistem. Sakit pula adalah apa yang pesakit rasakan dan kemudian cuba untuk mendapatkan rawatan.
              
               Menurut suatu jawatankuasa kesihatan di Amerika Syarikat, mendefinisi kesakitan sebagai suatu pengalaman deria dan emosi yang tidak dikaitkan dengan tisu sebenar atau berpotensi rosak, atau digambarkan dari segi kerosakan tersebut. Sakit juga dikatakan sentiasa bersifat subjektif. Oleh itu setiap individu belajar mentafsir kesakitan dengan perkataan melalui pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan kecederaan dalam kehidupan. Setiap manusia juga akan mewujudkan pemikiran bahawa persepsi kesakitan berkembang dari masa ke masa sebagai pengalaman yang dipelajari.

               Seorang Pakar Psikologi Amerika mengkaji kesakitan dari sudut definisi psikologi, dan menyatakan kesakitan adalah subjektif yang melalui pengalaman deria dan emosi dan memerlukan kesedaran minda untuk membenarkan pengiktirafan rangsangan sebagai perkara yang tidak menyenangkan. Oleh itu persepsi terhadap kesakitan itu adalah berbeza beza. Takrif sains asas kesakitan dibentuk oleh pemerhatian objektif: "Sakit adalah mekanisme perlindungan untuk badan. Ia berlaku bila-bila masa pada mana-mana tisu yang rosak, dan ia menyebabkan individu bertindak balas untuk mengeluarkan rangsangan terhadap kesakitan. (Kazak)

"Kesakitan" Dalam Perspektif Psikologi - Health Psychology

Setiap manusia tidak akan terlepas daripada merasai kesakitan. Mengalami rasa sakit berlaku kepada setiap individu tanpa terkecuali. Kesakitan juga dapat dikatakan sebagai fenomena sosial. Tindakbalas seseorang individu yang menunjukkan ke arah kesakitan adalah berbeza-beza. Biasanya ia bergantung kepada pengalaman lepas berkenaan kesakitan yang dialami. Kesakitan juga diramal mengikut beberapa faktor, termasuk jantina, etnik, personaliti dan budaya, semua interaksi, di dalam tisu dan sinaps tubuh. Perbezaan persepsi dan penerimaan individu dalam kesakitan menjadi punca di mana bidang biologi, psikologi dan sosiologi semua bertemu dan melihat perkaitan antaranya. Walaupun perbezaan merasai kesakitan lebih banyak menyentuh berkenaan mekanisme psikososial dan biologi, namun perlu ditekankan bahawa kepercayaan seseorang dan didikan budaya boleh mengubah cara badan dan otak mereka bertindak balas terhadap kesakitan. Menurut Profesor Roger Fillingim, seorang ahli psikologi klinikal di Universiti Florida ;

“Kita perlu mengintegrasikan semua faktor-faktor ini untuk lebih memahami bagaimana faktor psikologi dan biologi bekerja bersama-sama untuk akhirnya memahami faktor yang mewujudkan pengalaman kesakitan.”

Kepentingan dalam penilaian dan pengurusan kesakitan meningkat secara mendadak selepas 1965, apabila Gate Control Theory diperkenalkan. Peningkatan ini adalah serentak dengan kemajuan besar dalam pemahaman tentang pemprosesan kesakitan yang kompleks dan melibatkan banyak aspek. Oleh itu kajian demi kajian dijalankan. Pelbagai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi kesakitan manusia, khususnya faktor persekitaran dan psikologi yang mengubah suai bagaimana kesakitan dialami. Sakit adalah kompleks, persepsi pelbagai dimensi yang berbeza dari segi kualiti, kekuatan, tempoh, lokasi, dan ketidakselesaan. Kekuatan dan ketidakselesaan sakit bukanlah semata-mata dan tidak langsung berkaitan dengan sifat dan tahap kerosakan tisu dari sudut biologi. Ini kerana walaupun bayi yang baru lahir mungkin mengalami sakit yang berbeza daripada rangsangan yang sama, kerana perbezaan dalam keadaan di mana ia ditadbir. Pengalaman kesakitan boleh berkisar dari ketidakmampuan untuk melihat kesakitan, tanpa mengira kekuatan rangsangan, dengan persepsi sebenar sakit di anggota badan. Persepsi, ungkapan, dan tindak balas kepada kesakitan dipengaruhi oleh pembolehubah genetik, perkembangan, kekeluargaan, psikologi, sosial dan budaya.

Faktor-faktor psikologi, seperti faktor-faktor keadaan dan emosi yang wujud apabila kita mengalami sakit, boleh mengubah kekuatan persepsi ini. Perhatian, pemahaman, kawalan, dan jangkaan boleh menjejaskan persepsi kesakitan. Oleh itu, pemahaman sakit memerlukan bukan sahaja memahami dan merujuk kepada sistem biologi, tetapi pengiktirafan dan kawalan daripada banyak faktor alam sekitar, sisiologi dan psikologi yang mengubah persepsi kesakitan manusia.


Terdapat pelbagai teori tentang kesakitan dan persepsi. Ia bukan sahaja dikaji dalam bidang psikologi malah dalam biologi dan sosiologi. Setakat ini, terdapat pengiktirafan luas daripada kepentingan pandangan biopsychosocial kesakitan. Namun menurut Raczynski dan Diclemente (1999) terdapat lima faktor yang menyumbang kepada perbezaan dalam melaporkan simptom iaitu : fisiologi, psikologi, kognitif, demografi dan juga persekitaran. Setiap faktor diatas memainkan peranan dalam menyumpang persepsi dan perbezaan dalam melaporkan simptom dan seterusnya membentuk perlakuan pesakit. (Razali, 2012)

  1. Your subconscious mind control all the vital processes of your body and knows the answer to all problems. 
  2. Prior to sleep, turn over a specific request to your subconscious mind and prove its miracle- working power to yourself.
  3. Whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed on the screen of space as conditions experiences and event. Therefore, you should carefully watch all ideas and thoughts entertained in your conscious mind!
  4. The law of action and reaction in universal. Your thought in action, and the reaction is the automatic response of your subconscious mind to your thought. Watch your thought! 
  5. All frustration is due to unfulfilled desires. If you dwell on obstacle, delay, and difficulties, your subconscious mind responds accordingly, and you are blocking own good.
  6. The life-principle will flow through. Feed your subconscious with thoughts of harmony, health, and peace, and all the functions of your body will become normal again.
  7. Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best and your subconscious will faith-fully reproduce your habitual thinking.
  8. Imagine the happy ending or solution to your problem, feel the thrill of accomplishment, and what you imagine and feel will be accepted by your subconscious mind, which will bring it to pass.
  9. You must consciously affirm : " i believe that the subconscious power that gave me this desire is now fulfilling it through me." This dissolves all conflicts.

Working online from home. Advantages & Disadvantages

Nowadays the trend of working has been changed in contrast to past. Therefore,  working online from home become more popular throughout the world. Working online from homes means that people work at home with internet. Whether they are self-employed or employed by the employer or the company offering the online job from home. With recent advances in technology, including the Web, email, intranets, modems, cheaper fax machines and voice mail, some people rarely go into the main office anymore. Ever since the internet has conquered our lives in the last few decades, it has also brought in greater flexibility. Advanced communication technologies and the ability to work online allow for flexible work patterns, no matter where you are  at the office, at home, or at a public place. It has enabled people to work online and organize things remotely. Just by having a computer and internet access, it is easy to get in touch with people in a different part of the world.

The number of people working online also grown in some country. Refer to Elance website, they list the country that leading working online from home is United States, Australia in United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany and some more countries.

 The past few years, many organizations have begun offer online working that can do the work at home. There have many website and company that provide online working around the world. For example www.elance.com, www.onlineworking.com and many more web. Forbes.com was list the top 100 companies offering flexible online job on 2014. Of course, it is not available for doctors, firefighters or similar professions which require physical presence. The famous working online at home was in field of IT and Programming, Design and Multimedia, Sale and Marketing, Finance and Management, and some others field.
Some example of job is, online tutor or teacher, typist, Customer service agents, "Virtual" assistants, Writer or editor. As mention above not necessarily work with company, become the Internet entrepreneur also a very famous choice of people whom working online from home. Obviously, such style of work has its own advantages and disadvantages. Lets we see about this.

Advantages

First of all, working online from home will save money. When people go out to office or to their workplace, they need to think about the expenses such as for breakfast or lunch treats. If the company or workplace not provided the car pack, they need to pay for parking. It also saved fuel expenses. No Need to buy the business suit or uniform. From home, they can work in t-shirt or anything what they want to wear because there have no dress code. No need pay for public transport and any day care things. All these expenses can amount to hundreds of ringgit every month. So the money saved by staying home can be used in other ways such as vacations, paying down debt or even inventory for the online working.
Secondly is the flexibility. This does not just relate to timings either although the flexibility to determine the own work hours to some extent is the most important aspect of this. They can also determine their environment, lighting, temperature, setting, and mood. Basically work in the framework that suits the best and makes happiest and most productive. Stepping away from the office environment allows to set their own working schedule so that they can prioritize more effectively. On top of flexible working hours you also have complete flexibility over their working environment.
Thirdly is more family time. There is a point in the life of all of every one where the family became the anchor and main priority. If they are married or have children at home, this type of work situation could be especially convenient for them. It is not about just parents, but rather about when they move outside with a wife or husband, and when they get kids around. When they work online from home the value extra time that they have to spend with their loved ones. As a dad or mom they will also be in a much better position to educate and take care of children if there are around all day long.
Some women choose to stay at home with their children. Working online allows an opportunity for mom to be at home with the kids and still generate income. With long days and equally long travel times it can be hard to be there for family. Working from home allows to be closer to relatives and gives the flexibility to visit them at any time. This is especially important for parents and elderly carers as they can have the peace of mind that they are available if they are ever needed.
The last but not least working online from home can improve health and fitness. With time saved on commuting and the ability to set own schedule they can set aside time to focus on their well-being. This could be a workout in the morning, lunch break or even just a five minute walk to clear their head. They also have time to exercise and do their hobby and sports. Working online from home also means they have access to their own fridge and kitchen facilities; this gives more opportunity for healthier meals and snacks without the limitations of the crammed office fridge and faulty microwave. They also do not need to order fast food most of the times.


Disadvantages
 
In other hand, it also have disadvantages of working online from home should be considered. Firstly is Many distractions. When they working in the same place there are living it can be very difficult to separate home life from work life. There are a lot of types of distraction that one may experience while working at home, for example the parental duties. A lot of mothers are trying to work at home in order to take care of the children without sacrificing employment. It is a good thing to hear that the children won't be left with a babysitter. The love and care of parents is different from those given by other people. But this heartwarming action taken by the parents can be a big distraction to their work. The baby may cry while it is working hours. The children may distract the parents from working, resulting to unproductive work.
Secondly, working online from home requires high self discipline and motivation. If they are a disciplined person then they might not face any problems. If they need to have a boss or colleagues around to motivate them, however, it might become an issue. As we know, working from home is a real test of strong will and determination. With no managers keeping an eye on them and no team members looking up to them, they can essentially do what they want with their time. It is far too easy to turn on the radio, television or even a games console just to break silence which can greatly reduce the quantity and quality of work. One of the most common distractions when working from home is procrastinating by spending the work time on personal chores. To ensure they remain productive that is ignore the chores, for example, keep the TV turned off and leave long chats with family until they are out of their specified work hours.
Thirdly is when working online from home, they are lack of face to face communication. Some conversations need to take place face-to-face, if one of team or co-workers is having personel or performance issues it can sometimes be very impractical and impersonal to try and resolve this over the phone. Occasionally, these conversations can also be highly time sensitive meaning they should not wait until the next time they are in the office to address them. With this in mind, should consider whether working from home will be detrimental to effectiveness in their role.
When working online from home, they are working alone, will have limited person to talk to. Unlike in office there will be a lot of people that will talk and around them. Team member, maintenance personnel, security, secretary and boss. Unlike at home nothing. Just do the work alone by their self.
The last is, when working online from home, they need to consider about maintaining electricity, internet connection and software. Unless they have an alternate power source at home, they won't need to consider electricity as a problem. Most of them don't have that kind of power source. Being an online worker means being completely reliant on computer and it is power source. Electricity fluctuations while at work will cause a lot of problems. Unsaved files, disconnected chats and calls, computer problems or restarting the progress of the work.
Every company uses a tools or a software used on each job. Like customer service, it requires a CRM tool to manage customers account information. If this software crashes all they need to do is call the IT technician to fix it. That if they are working in an office with complete and full support with their employees but when at home. Some basic troubleshooting step to fix it need to do it by own self. Sometimes maybe can get some help by calling them or sending an email to their support but it will take some time to get the answer for the problem. All these problem should be considered, because it will make the work stuck for a few times, that make it late to be finished.

   Conclusion

All things considered, working at home have the advantages and disadvantages. In spite of the facts remotely working avoids from traffic challenges and gives freedom, many people find it difficult to manage time between work and home. Personally, I believe that working from home is less stressful and it is depend on people and their ambitions get drawbacks or advantages from working at home.
Even with all these above disadvantages all they have to do as with regular employment take advantage of many online career development support education. They are in their computer almost 24/7 then make the most of it. So many tutorials and updates of anything related to web mastery  that it is up to them to get their benefits or be lazy enough to just let the talent and skill go their way to redundancy and irrelevance. Like the many of us in the mainstream of online jobs work, learn and have fun in front of yours.
To conclude, there are several benefits to working from home. Many employers have already realized this and started encouraging their workers to work from home. In the future, we will certainly have more organizations taking this route.

Buku-buku MOTIVASI vs Al- Quran

Assalamualaikum and happy morning semua..

Hari ni tajuk agak lain macam sikit kan..hehehe this is my personal view dan tak ada kena mengena dengan yang hidup ataupun telah meninggal dunia( hahahaha dah macam tengok movie kan..)

Sebagai pencinta buku, adid rasa since adid remaja sampai la dah remangsenja(hehehehe) adid sangat minat dengan buku-buku motivasi dan ilmiah berbanding novel-novel cinta..dulu masa sekolah tiapkali ada keluaran baru buku HM Tuah, adid mesti beli..sebab buku tu je murah dalam RM10-15 je sebuah..tu pun ikat perut nak beli.. Bila dah kerja dan ada kemampuan, barulah beli buku-buku yang oversea punya penulis..

Oleh kerana kegilaan pada buku lebih daripada kegilaan shoppng benda lain, so selalulah adid pergi book fair. Satu perangai weird adid adalah suka perhati t/laku manusia..hahaha then otak i yang tak berhenti fikir..ada beberapa perkara yang adid nampak

1. Kedai buku Popular, MPH, Harris..adalah sangat-sangat jarang dilihat duduk melepak membaca buku belek2 buku kat tempat ni..selalunya yang duk sini anak beranak Chinese..kadang tengok mereka ni buat dah macam rumah sendiri. Bukan adid kata tak ada Melayu..ada juga..tapi kalau ada pun kat area novel la..jangan marah ye wahai pencinta novel..Kalau nak tengok majoriti melayu yang ramai di kedai buku meh kita pergi BADAN Bookstore. Ya! kat sini sejuk hati rasa tengok bangsa kita membaca.

2. Kalau ada pun yang minat buku ala2 motivasi atau Self help..biasanya banyak buku2 ni dari barat, contoh Big Wolf Bookfair..sangat2 lah sikit dan hampir tak ada pun buku motivasi yang dari penulis kita. kebanyakan nya barat (ni pengalaman adid sendiri..tapi kalau kawan rasa statment ni salah anggap saja adid tak round habis tempat tu ya)

Ok cukup dua perkara dulu. Tapi perkara yang kedua ni yang adid nak sentuh. Tak salah beli buku motivasi dari pelusuk dunia mana pun. Tapi kebanyakannya dari barat. Jadi kita kena ingat dan apapun kena kembali kepada agama kita dan pegangan kita. Sebab..ada juga juga buku yang mereka selitkan dengan kepercayaan mereka..pegangan agama mereka yang secara tak langsung..jika kita hanya baca dan ikut..dikhuatiri ada yang tak sepatutnya nanti.. So hati-hati.

Adid ada buat posting pasal Motivasi VS Inspirasi (klik sini untuk post berikut). Kadang-kadang sebab kita nak sangat cari motivasi kita sanggup beli buku mahal-mahal..tapi hangat-hangat je baca..dan yang paling sadis lagi..ada juga yang dalam buku tu beri syarat-syarat berjaya dengan menggunakan panduan dalam buku tersebut..antaranya. "buka buku ini setiap hari" dan baca sekerap mungkin..maka kita yang ketandusan motivasi ni pun hari-hari buka sampai hafal tiap bab tu..ada siap hafal ayat dalam buku tu sekali..

TETAPI adakah kita buat juga perkara yang sama saat kita tanduskan Motivasi kita buka dan baca Al-Quran? "Buka setiap hari dan Sekerap mungkin"?

Inilah persoalannya..terkadang kita kejar apa yang jauh untuk kita gapai..tapi lupa sentuh apa yang dekat dengan kita dan pusaka kita. Tak salah kita nak beli buku ke nak pergi seminar ke nak apa ke..tapi biarlah seimbang dengan diri kita sebagai seorang muslim. "Motivasi" yang kita cari tu pun milik ALLAH kan.. jadi apapun mintalah dari Nya.

Tulisan ni sebenarnya ingatan untuk diri adid sendiri.Kadang orang luar fikir kerjaya kami ni sentiasa buat kami bermotivasi sepanjang masa..apapun semua adalah manusia biasa yang ada pasang surutnya..sekuat mana pun pantai dihempas ombak..terkesan juga..Jadi apa pun biarlah seimbang ye..jangan dah baca post ni cakap adid halang beli buku or baca buku motivasi or self help pulak ye..adid pun ada ntah berapa puluh buku motivasi..tak pe ada masa adid share sikit2..
